1. Call to Order at 7:30 p.m.

ADMINISTRATION: Supt. Barb Muckenhirn, Sharon Schultz

2. Roll Call: Kurt Stenberg, Brandon Ignaszewski, SueAnn Wahl, Peter Kern, Brandon Kuznia, Allison Harder, Joe Melby

4. Recommendation to add items to the agenda from Board members to School Administrators

5. A motion was made by Pete Kern, seconded by SueAnn Wahl to approve the agenda of the July 17th, 2023, Regular Board Meeting as presented. Motion was unanimously approved.

6. A motion was made by Peter Kern, seconded by Brandon Ignaszewski to approve the minutes of the preceding regular meeting of June 26th, 2023 as presented. Motion was unanimously approved.

7.1 A motion was made by Joe Melby seconded by Kurt Stenberg to approve the payment of bills check #40389 through #40441for a total of $171,001.83 and Purchasing Card electronic payments dated June 6, 2023 and Electronic Funds Transfers as submitted.

Reviewed Fund Balance, H&S and LTFM Projects; FY 23, FY 24, and FY 25

Board Member Joe Melby introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. This motion made by Board Member #1 and seconded by Joe Melby, passed. Roll Call – all in favor.

The Minnesota Legislature has passed legislation to provide School Meals at no cost to students.

11.2. Principal / Activities Director

11.2.a. Update (Provided by Barb Muckenhirn)

Principal / AD Carpenter will be attending the ALICE Instructor Training in Mahnomen on August 1 and 2.

The schedule of fall athletics is nearly finished.
