DeLoris Betty Jean Nesteby, 91

DeLoris Betty Jean Nesteby, died peacefully at her daughter’s home in Manasquan, NJ on Saturday, March 4th 2023. She was born to Minnie and Robert Nesteby in Greenbush, Minnesota on April 30, 1931 and was 91.

DeLoris graduated from Pepperdine University with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management and received her Masters of Arts in Business from Central Michigan University. She was employed by the Department of Defense until her retirement in 1991.

Her adventurous spirit led her to visiting many countries including Norway, Israel, Egypt, China, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Canada, Mexico, the Bahamas and all of Western Europe.

She was predeceased by her parents; and her siblings Roy, Clifford, Melvin, Emmet, Lester, Volberg. Irene, Alice and Ruby. Also, by her son-in-law Robert (Bob) Pohle and her beloved grandson John Ryan McCarthy.

She is survived by her daughters Heidi Pohle and Taryn McCarthy and her grandchildren Patrick and Kirsten McCarthy.
