2. Visitor Recognition – No Visitors

3. Superintendent Evaluation Meeting 2 of 3 A motion was made by Member VonEnde, seconded by Member Dostal to close the meeting at 6:11 P.M. for the Superintendent’s Formative Evaluation.

BE IT RESOLVED, the motion carries by a 5 Yes to 0 No Vote. U.C.

The meeting is closed.

A motion was made by Member Swenson, seconded by Member Davy to reopen the meeting at 7:40 P.M. BE IT RESOLVED, the motion carries by a 5 Yes to 0 No Vote. U.C.

4. Adjourn

A motion was made by Member Swenson, seconded by Member Davy to adjourn the meeting at 7:05 P.M. BE IT RESOLVED the motion carries by a 5 Yes to 0 No vote. U.C.
