Ordean “Dean” Jerome, 82

Ordean “Dean” Jerome Wojciechowski was born on June 10, 1943 in Roseau, MN to Harry and Hildegarde (Grabanski) Wojciechowski.  Dean married Sheila Smith on July 31, 1965 and the two made their home in the Greenbush area  for many years.  They moved to Glendive, MT in 1983 for a few years before returning back to the Greenbush community.

Dean liked working with wood, fishing, hunting, spending time at the lake with his grand kids, or anyone else that stopped by at the lake, redoing old furniture, flower gardens, decorating for Christmas.  His all time favorite things to do were mowing lawn, going for coffee and telling stories (some true, some not).

Dean worked for various farmers, driving truck and helping out whoever needed it.

He is survived by his wife Sheila of 59 years, children Paula (Gene), Keith (Dana), Rhonda (Larry); Grandchildren Sarah, Amanda, Natasha, Tiffany, Tylor, Kally, Kendra, Lindsey and Dillon, Great Grandchildren Beau, Jazy Zander, Greta, Kylie Jo, Peyton, Tatum, Brodix, Shelby, Oliver, Liam, Zoey, Aspynn, Autumn, Sawyer and Lawson, Brother Dale (Linda), Brother and Sister in Law David (Vicky), Miles (Lyla), Becky (Gary), Julie (Donald), Billy (Susan), and Jay (Ardell).

Dean is preceded in death by his parents Harry and Hildegarde, Brothers Harley, Eddy, Richard, Lawrence and Billy, Great Grandaughter Landry, and his mother and father in law Fred and Gertrude Smith.

A Celebration on Life service will be held from 10:00AM to 12:00PM,on Thursday, June 19, 2025 at the Greenbush community center.

Interment will take place at a later date at the Badger city cemetery.
