NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS - Electronic bids for SAP 068-626-008 & SAP 068-645-002, will be accepted by Roseau County through Roseau County’s online bid system (eGram/Bid Vault) until 2:00 p.m. on Monday, March 31, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and read at the Roseau County Highway Department, 1921 Industrial Boulevard, Roseau, Minnesota 56751-1477 for the contract listed below:

The major items of work are approximately:
4,676 Cu. Yds. of Shoulder Base Aggregate
56,474 Sq. Yds. of Mill Bituminous Surface 1.0”
18,383 Tons of Type SP 9.5 Wear Course Mixture (2,C)

Electronic bids must be accompanied by a corporate surety bond payable to the Roseau County Treasurer in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid.
The Roseau County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and award the contract in the best interest of Roseau County.
