Ronni D. Peterson, 51

A Funeral Service for Ronni D. Peterson of Greenbush, MN will be held on Friday, September 20, 2024 at 2:00PM at Helgeson Funeral Home in Roseau, MN. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will take place at America Cemetery in Warroad, MN. 

Ronni Dawn Peterson, age 51 passed away at Greenbush LifeCare  Manor on September 8, 2024 surrounded by family and friends. She was born on March 16, 1973 to Leslie K.  and Deborah D. (Belter)  Peterson at St. Francis Hospital in Shakopee, MN. Which happened to be the same date her little brother Troy was born two years later, this started an unbreakable bond between the two of them.

Ronni was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran Faith. Her family moved to Greenbush, MN in 1975 where she attended Greenbush School K-12 graduating in 1991.  She worked at Polaris Industries for many years and enjoyed working in the Metal Paint Department.

Ronni had a great love for horses, raising and riding horses were a passion of hers. She also loved the outdoors, 4wheeling, snowmobiling, hunting and fishing. She also enjoyed setting up and checking her trail cameras.

Ronni was preceded in death by her father, Leslie Peterson; paternal grandparents, Kenneth and Challotta Peterson; maternal grandparents, Lenard and Hilde Belter, nephew Cody Hasbrouck, numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

She is survived by her children, Tejay Wojchowski of Greenbush, Skylar Eklund (Billie) of Greenbush, Kayci Skadsem (Damion) of Karlstad,  Mother, Deb (Ryan) of Warroad,  siblings, Troy Peterson (Jodi) of Durand, WI, Lucas Cole (Amanda) of Warroad, Melinda Halvorson (Scott) of Roseau, Kevin Cole of Roseau, Kyle Cole of Warroad

Ronni was unique in her own special way and will be greatly missed by all who knew her .
