Letting girls know they’re beautiful inside and out--BIO Girls group starts in Greenbush

Participants, mentors, and leaders of the BIO Girls group in Greenbush stopped by LifeCare Greenbush Manor on September 12 to give residents and staff members the affirmation cards they made for them, as part of their service project under the mantra "Live to Serve.” The BIO in BIO Girls stands for Beautiful Inside and Out, a program that aims to help girls believe this in themselves. The 12-week program started here in Greenbush this past August, but is open to girls across the area. (photo by Ryan Bergeron)
