Gator Volleyball earns “decisive” section championship victory: Secures fourth seed at state

The Gator Volleyball team unites in celebration after recording the final point of its 3-0 Section 8A Championship victory over the Lake of the Woods Bears on November 4 at the University of Minnesota Crookston. With the win, the Gators captured its second straight section title and state tournament berth. The Gators (30-2) earned the fourth seed in the Minnesota Class A State Volleyball Tournament and will open play versus the fifth-seeded and Section 6A Champion Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa Jaguars (25-6) on Thursday, November 10 at 5:00 pm from the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul.
