Altru and LifeCare transitioning clinic ownership in Northwest Minnesota

Officially, on July 15, 2024, LifeCare will assume ownership of the Altru clinics in Roseau, Warroad, and Greenbush after both sides agreed to an ownership transition. This move, as LifeCare President Keith Okeson explained, will give LifeCare a “truly” integrated system—between their clinics in Roseau, Warroad, and Greenbush, its hospital, its assisted living, and its two nursing homes.
